Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion (“Charge Forward With Electric Vans”) is organized by Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd.
  2. The promotion period is valid from 22nd May – 31st Aug 2023.
  3. The minimum contract period to be entitled to the promotion (“Charge Forward With Electric Vans Campaign”) is 24 months for any brand-new Golden Dragon EVs.
  4. The promotion is open to all Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing existing customers and brand-new sign-up/ contract renewals during the promotion period. In the event of a contract renewal, the customer’s remaining contract period will be ported over and added to the new contract.
  5. Customers are not allowed to switch to other non-electric commercial vehicles during the contract period.
  6. Customers are not allowed to terminate the contract before the contract period. In the case of early termination, it will be deemed as a breach of contract.
  7. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any promotions without prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
