Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (“30.03: Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary”) is organized by Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd.
2. The promotion period is valid from 1st March 2023 – 30th April 2023.
3. The promotion is open to all Pan Pacific Leasing Group existing customer and brand new sign up/ contract renewal during the promotion period.
4. Brand New Sign Up/ Contract Renewal customers are qualified to participate in the draw after signing a minimum contract period of 24 months during the promotion (“30.03: Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary”).
5. All existing customers are eligible to 1 Golden Chance to enter the Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary Draw.
6. Brand New Sign Up/ Contract Renewal for contract period of 24 to 59 months are entitled to 3 Golden Chances to enter the Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary Draw.
7. Brand New Sign Up/ Contract Renewal for contract period of 60 months and above are entitled to 5 Golden Chances to enter the Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary Draw.
8. Brand New Sign Up customers are required to make minimum deposit payment of $500 to be qualified to participate in Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary Draw.
9. Recipients are to ensure that all payments are up to date before they are allowed to receive the prize.
10. Customers are not allowed to terminate the contract before the contract period. In the case of early termination, it will be deem as breach of contract.
11. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any Giveaway Participation that does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such determination is final and conclusive and Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
12. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any promotions without prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
14. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing’s terms and conditions.
15. There will be eleven (11) sets of prizes to given away to the Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Giveaway winners.
16. The winners for the Pan Pac’s 11th Golden Anniversary Draw (“Winners”) will be drawn at random at 3 May 2023 (“Draw Date”) at Pan Pacific Leasing Group located at 8 Chang Charn Road #04-01 Link (THM) Building Singapore 159637.
17. The winners are required to collect the prize within 1 month after announcement.
