Terms and Condions – Campaign

1. This promotion (“EPIC $1000 DEAL”) is organized by Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd.
2. The promotion period is valid from 19th August 2024 to 31st March 2025.
3. To qualify for the promotional leasing rates and charging discounts during the promotion (“EPIC $1000 DEAL”) on selected vehicles (Shineray X30L EV) a minimum leasing period of 6 months is required.
4. The promotion is open to all Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing existing customers and brand-new sign-up / contract renewals during the promotion period. In the event of a contract renewal, the customer’s remaining contract period will be ported over and added to the new contract.
5. Customers are not allowed to terminate the contract before the contract period. In the case of early termination, it will be deemed as a breach of contract.
6. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
7. Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any promotions without prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
