Operations Staff

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily maintenance and operations
  • Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily activities
  • Coordinate inspection, maintenance and servicing of the fleet
  • Ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of the fleet
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the company

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in similar capacity preferred (commercial vehicle rental/ automotive industry) but not a must
  • Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
  • Possess a valid class 3 driving license
  • Mature, responsible and excellent team player
  • Resourceful, independent and a good level of initiative
  • Only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
